Hire for Love

Till date, Aptitude, Attitude and Altitude were 3 guiding parameters on which we hire.  The preference order would depend on what quotient existing/new team require.

But today I say Hire for Love, Hire for passion & penchant of working with newer souls bubbling with energy to deliver.

Move on from the templates of Job description and expectations, just hire the person whom you love, with whom you can romance (caution: not flirt:).

The natural sense of love and affection will keep negative emotions away. Teams built with love have strategic advantage - they always bubble with innovation, people have natural affinity to connect and deliver ‘The Goal’ – of E.M Goldratt fame :) , the bottlenecks are minimal, there is always a sense of desire, Beginner’s luck favors the addiction of meeting the beloved ‘Goal’.

If you are not yet convinced, just sit, be relaxed, take a deep breath, close your eyes and delve into memories, when you were in love, how it all began, how you had no complains, you were content and at peace.
